About me

My name is Daga Cybruch. I work as a Gestalt coach, offering one-to-one guidance grounded in presence, relational depth, and clear structure.

My approach has been shaped by years of professional training, long-term personal inquiry, and lived experience. I’m interested in work that goes beneath surface understanding — work that allows people to stay with themselves more honestly and make choices they can live with over time.

How My Approach Developed

My early academic background is in sociology and communications, which sparked a lasting interest in human behaviour, relationships, and the ways individuals adapt to change. I later worked in corporate environments and co-founded a business, experiences that gave me insight into external success, responsibility, and pressure — as well as the cost of disconnection from oneself.

Over time, my focus shifted toward inner life and integration. Since 2006, I have worked with a range of therapeutic and contemplative approaches, including cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and somatic work, as well as Buddhist and integral psychology perspectives. These influences inform my work today, without defining it rigidly.

My Work Today

I am based in Ibiza and work primarily in one-to-one settings, in person and online. I am a certified TRE® Provider and hold a Diploma in Gestalt Therapy. I also collaborate with holistic retreats and wellness professionals and co-founded the ISADA Therapy Collective.

I work slowly and deliberately, valuing clarity, responsibility, and respect for the body’s timing. Rather than offering fixes or techniques, I focus on creating the conditions in which deeper understanding and sustainable change can emerge.

Working together

This work is best suited for people who are ready to engage in a committed process and who value depth, honesty, and continuity over quick solutions.
