This work takes place in a safe and respectful space, grounded in attention and presence, where we explore what it means to live in closer relationship with yourself.

You might want to pause for a moment and ask yourself:

Are my thoughts, feelings, and actions guided by self-respect — or by self-doubt and self-criticism?

Do I move through life from trust, understanding, and compassion — or from fear, anxiety, and self-protection?

Do I feel inspired and supported by my inner and outer life — or do I often feel drained, overwhelmed, or exhausted?

Do I sense that I am living in alignment with my potential — or do I carry resentment and a sense of lack?

Does my life feel meaningful and alive — or do I often feel lost, uneasy, or disconnected?

These are not questions to answer quickly.
They point to patterns that often require time, honesty, and sustained attention to understand.

This way of working may be a good fit if you recognise these questions and are willing to explore them more deeply over time, rather than seeking quick reassurance or solutions.

I most often work with people who are navigating transitions, such as:

  • significant changes in life direction

  • midlife reassessment or crisis

  • living a nomadic or transitory lifestyle

  • relocating to a foreign country and searching for a sense of belonging

  • the end of a relationship

  • change in career path

  • a persistent sense of restlessness, exhaustion, or lack of peace in everyday life

What these situations often have in common is not a lack of insight, but the feeling that old ways of coping or understanding no longer work.

About the support I offer

This work is not about fixing, reassuring, or telling you who to be.

I work relationally and within clear structure, supporting you to stay with your own experience, clarify what is true for you, and make choices that are more coherent and sustainable — especially in challenging or uncertain times.

This work asks for honesty, responsibility, and commitment.
It is best suited for those who feel ready to engage in a slower, deeper process of inquiry and change.
